Copywriter (Senior, 3-5 Years)

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs independently and develop the creative solution without needing it pre-defined by someone senior.
• Own campaign plans and content-bucket strategy for social media accounts assigned directly to you.
• Write copy across social media, emailers, and websites at a standard that goes out with light or no editing.
• Lead ideation sessions for digital activations and pitch campaign ideas to the wider creative team.
• Give a junior copywriter a second opinion on their drafts when the Copy Supervisor isn't available.
• Write and take ownership of film and AV scripts through production and post-production.
• Present your own copy and creative ideas directly to clients, not just to your internal team.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in copywriting (long-form content will not be entertained).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• 3 years of digital marketing agency experience is a must.
• Understanding of brands, tonality, and audience.
• Good public speaking skills, able to present own ideas to clients.
• Proactive and ready to take initiative.
• Team player.
• Well versed with current trends, pop culture, etc.
• Well-versed with the latest technology.
