20 Desktop Issues, From Broken State Indicators to a Broken Image
Desktop issues on a wealth management site tend to be quieter than mobile ones, but no less real. A hamburger icon that never changes state, a slider that doesn't loop cleanly, a genuinely broken image on the Contact Us page, all found, screenshotted, and documented.
What We Found
Desktop issues clustered around interaction feedback (a hamburger menu icon that doesn't change to indicate an open state, hover animations that re-trigger and flicker) and layout discipline (unbalanced footer spacing, cards not using the full available container width, form fields that appear pre-selected by default due to a border-colour choice). One issue was simply a broken image on the Contact Us page, displaying as a missing-file icon to every visitor.
