ibs Fulcro's role: Website Audit
The Brief
ASK Investment Managers, part of the ASK Group, one of India's established asset and wealth management houses, commissioned a full technology and UI/UX review of askfinancials.com as part of a broader CMO-level technology services credentialing exercise. The brief was straightforward and demanding: assess the site's real digital footprint, technical performance, and interface quality, and report the findings honestly, priority-ranked, with concrete recommendations, not a sanitised summary.
The Approach
The audit covered three distinct areas in depth: a full mobile UI review, a full desktop UI review, and a technical performance and structured-data assessment. Every issue was documented with a real screenshot, a specific observation, a concrete recommendation, and a priority tag, HIGH, MEDIUM, or LOW, based on genuine business impact and implementation effort, not just visual severity.
This wasn't a superficial scan. The mobile and desktop reviews alone covered the homepage, About Us, Our Companies, Foundation, ASK Investment Managers, Our Products, Invest Now, and Contact Us sections individually, each assessed on its own terms rather than sampled once and extrapolated.
Why the honest numbers matter more than a polished summary would. A health score, an issue count, and a schema-markup gap of zero are all real, specific, and checkable, exactly the kind of finding a wealth management brand's own leadership can verify for themselves in minutes. That's a deliberately different kind of proof than a case study built only around wins.
